We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify our template, theme, and product pricing on this website with or without notice.

Price Changes

If you purchase any products or services from us, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Luminous Leap, Inc. reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day upon any outstanding sum left unpaid on or after 14 calendar days from due date of custom design services.

After 30 days of outstanding payment, Luminous Leap, Inc. reserves the right to send You to collections, upon which You will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees.

All Showit templates designed by Our company are tested frequently to ensure they are responsive and look appropriate on most devices and web browsers. We cannot guarantee they will function exactly as demonstrated with new updates, third-party components, plugins, or web browsers. You may be responsible for purchasing additional plugins in order for our templates to work properly.

Showit Templates Hosting & Compatibility

By purchasing Your template or any product from Luminous Leap, Inc., You are granted one revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the product(s) You have purchased. By purchasing a website template from Luminous Leap Design, You agree to display “Designed by Luminous Leap Design” in the footer of that website template.

When viewing the website templates, You will see several template images used. These photos serve as example images and may NOT be used by You on a published site. You agree to change out all template images and text, and acknowledge that You retain the full copyright of those images You added.

Template or Product License

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luminous Leap, Inc. or the properly attributed party and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Luminous Leap grants you a single non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, license to download, view, copy, and/or print any products you purchase from Luminous Leap Design or materials requested via email solely for your personal, non-commercial use [with respect to your business] for all e-Learning products, unless specific terms associated with those products and services are granted by the Company separately. You may not share the contents of any product or the product itself with any third-party organizations or others.

You may not share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your access to any of the content and/or materials contained therein your purchase to any third party. You may not give away any of the contents, share codes, resources, or information from inside of the courses, products, and free downloads.

You agree that you will not use the contents, materials, ideas, designs, or any form of intellectual property in any products and/or e-courses you purchase from Luminous Leap, Inc. to create a competing product. This is included but is not limited to any of our e-learning products, templates, or business resources.

You agree that all intellectual property, including but not limited to the strategy in which we teach, templates in which we provide, or teaching methods in which we teach are all owned by Luminous Leap, Inc. and its subsidiaries. You are agreeing that you will not share access to our programs, or create conflicting or competing products or service offerings to your audience, for five (5) years. All intellectual property will be protected by the Intellectual Property Act and if this agreement is breached, Luminous Leap, Inc. does reserve the right to litigation in which Luminous Leap, Inc. is not liable for financial costs incurred in Williamson County, Texas.

Use of the materials from Luminous Leap Inc., including, but not limited to, any product you purchase, and/or materials requested via email, for any commercial use, copying, republication, distribution, transfer, performance, display, or reproduction other than as indicated above, is strictly prohibited.

You agree that you will not use our Website, products (including e-courses), programs, documents, videos, photos, graphics, designs, and other files in any manner that constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
