What platform do you design on?
What do I need to get started?
A Showit account and a domain name (or the pursuit of one). I'm happy to help you source a domain name if you need assistance. For a free month of Showit, click here! If you choose the VIP Day service, you'll also need to have a branding kit for your business before our design day (logo, color palette, photos, etc.).

How will I access my design?
For Website in a Week/VIP Day clients: after our Discovery Call, we'll set you up with a client portal account where you can access all forms, documents, and notes. You'll also have the opportunity to upload any branding kit materials there. Your final design will be live on your Showit account once complete.
For purchases from The Template Shop: after purchase, you'll receive a PDF in your email with your Showit design Share Key. You'll use this to load the design into your account, where you can then start customizing to your heart's content!

Can I change things on my template?
Absolutely! With Showit, you can literally change anythinggggg you want. It's always advisable to put your own photos in before launch, but every photo used in our templates contains a free license for stock photos (from sites like Kaboompics or Pexels). All fonts used in templates are Google Fonts, which are free to use and automatically entered into Showit's database. We only ask that you keep the design credit from Luminous Leap in the footer of your site (and also: no resales!). See our Terms & Conditions page for more info.

I'm not creative...so now what?
First off, I believe everyone is creative in some way - so let go of that limiting belief! But also, that's why we're here. We provide designs and templates that are easily customizable, and you don't need to know a single line of code! With Showit, you can drag and drop to your heart's content, which makes the process seamless. If you're really a hands-off kind of person, check out our Website in a Week or VIP Day services, where we'll handle all the creativity for you.
